How much will I pay for freight?
The freight charge will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The freight is calculated based on the weight, destination and address type of your order. However as an example local deliveries for something light, like a memory card start at $5.95.
How long until my order is delivered?
Depends on what time you order and how you pay for it.
Usually online orders within main cities are received by our customers next day. If you order early morning and pay via credit card, they can arrive same day. Outside of Auckland is usually overnight, with some rural area's taking up to 48 hours for delivery.

Why is it important to indicate Residential or Business Address?
Different couriers are used for residential and business addresses. Residential deliveries require a specific service to ensure they are delivered promptly and it is important that you indicate the correct address type in your shipping information.

BULK FREIGHT - ITD is bringing you a better bulk freight offering. With the rising cost of fuel and transport we have recognized the need to offer our channel partners competitive freight for bulk and larger items of 25kg or more, across the country.
Our website cannot always calculate bulk freight. If there are problems or corrections that need to be made, we will contact you via email.
This new service will be effective 3 April 2008. From this time each order will be measured to ensure the correct bulk freight is calculated. The matrix below outlines each city with prices displayed based on one cubic meter. Costs for orders that are less than one cubic meter will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
