How can I pay for product(s) I wish to purchase?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Direct Credit via Internet banking.
If I order from ITD am I covered by a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes. All products ordered from ITD are covered by an NZ manufacturer's warranty.
I do not have a credit card, how can I pay?
Please pay via Direct Credit using your Internet banking, or go to your banking branch and make a deposit to:

Please use the order number as reference for the deposit
Will it cost me extra to pay via credit card?
Yes, unfortunately there is a 3% surcharge. We recommend using online banking.
When will my order arrive?
Depends on what time you order and how you pay for it.
Usually online orders within Auckland are received by our customers next day. If you order early morning and pay via credit card, they can arrive same day. Outside of Auckland is usually overnight, with some rural area's taking upto 48 hours for delivery.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.
What happens if there is nobody to sign for the delivery?
If the courier cannot obtain a signature at a delivery address, a calling card will be left requesting that the CourierPost office be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Do you allow pickups?
No ITD is a online only store. We have cut out the cost's of a retail store and pass on the savings to our customers. Orders ship with CourierPost and bulk carriers for bulk freight orders.
